Truman Doctrine & The Marshall Plan

This is a great clip to introduce or review key points of the Truman Doctrine and The Marshall Plan in the rebuilding of Europe after WWII (World War 2, World War II, WW2). It includes clips of President Harry Truman and George Marshall as they propose an economic plan to help Europe rebuild. Only the Soviet Union (Russia) and its satelites will refuse the help setting the stage for the Iron Curtain to fall and The Cold War to begin.
