I use this in my class with those students who aren't quite getting how to round yet.  They either sit with me or a para pro and discuss these questions.

This is a spelling test that deals with the 'sl' phonics spelling blends.  Students fold the paper back along the line.  The test is administered.  Students unfold the words and self-correct.  They will then write each missed word three times.

This is a spelling test based on the 'fr' spelling blend pattern.  Hand out the paper to students after teaching the rule and sounds.  Have the students fold the words back behind the paper.  Administer the spelling test.  When complete students unfold the words and self-correct.  Any word they missed they spell three times on the provided lines.
