Phonics Digraph “sh” Spelling Test

This is a spelling test based on the 'sh' phonic digraph.  After completing a lesson on the 'sh' digraph, I give students this paper.  I have them fold back along the line of the spelling words.  I administer the test.  When complete, I have students unfold the words and self-grade.  For every word misspelled, I have them rewrite the word correctly 3 times.

Click on the Google doc link if you would like to modify the words in the spelling test to better suit your students.

Phonics Digraph th Spelling Test

I use this spelling test to see if students have learned the spelling pattern 'th' digraph.  After the phonics lesson, I have the students fold over the spelling words to the back.  I administer the test.  Students then unfold the words and self-correct.  Any word that is misspelled, they spell correctly along the line 3 times.

You can use the Google Doc link to make your own copy and then change words that might not be the best fit for your students.
