Elapsed Time with Start Times

This worksheet provides students with three problems to practice finding start time by labeling and using a number line. The directions instruct students to label each number line and then to draw a dot on where they believe the start time is on their number line. Questions are based on actual students and things that they enjoy to do in real life! This worksheet includes a clock that fast-finishers can color.

Counting Money Worksheet Generator

This Money Worksheet will produce problems with randomly generated bills and  coins using United States Money. You have the option to select any combination of bills and coins for each new worksheet. The student will count the bills and coins and write their answer to the right of each problem. This is a great Money Worksheet to test your students understanding of counting currency. This money worksheet is appropriate for Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade.

Money Word Problems

I use this money word problem worksheet as a relay.  Students get one card out of a stack of word problems that I laminate.  They then rush with a partner to answer the word problem.  If they get it right, I give them the next card in the stack.  If they get it wrong they go back to their desk and try to resolve the word problem.  After 20 minutes, which ever team answers the most question correctly wins.  It is pretty competitive.
