I use this money word problem worksheet as a relay. Students get one card out of a stack of word problems that I laminate. They then rush with a partner to answer the word problem. If they get it right, I give them the next card in the stack. If they get it wrong they go back to their desk and try to resolve the word problem. After 20 minutes, which ever team answers the most question correctly wins. It is pretty competitive.
