Can you beat a partner in discovering all the factors.  If you don't have a partner, try beating the computer.  Students will learn how to identify factors up to 100.  Student A will pick a number on the grid and student B gets points for every factor that remains for the picked number.

This is a long list of Aesop's fables.  Most of them have a modern day version of the fable as well.  Use the fables to teach students how to interpret the meaning behind each fable.

Students can use this main idea and supporting details worksheet to brainstorm writing or reading.  Give them a writing prompt and then have students find details out of a text that support the main idea.
