This website provides great student whiteboard activities for elapsed time. There are two clocks that are completely changeable so that you can ask students what the elapsed time is. I use the dice frequently because it provides completely random times. You can hide one clock and then give how many hours before or after that specific time and now your students have to either draw the time they calculate it to be and then unhide the clock so students can verify their calculations.
This educational website does a great job with it's analog and digital clock. You can change the clock to real time. You can roll a dice to get a random time on the clock. You can actually change the mode and use the clock's hands to demonstrate angles and fractions. The clock's style and color can also be changed. You can also change the style of the tick marks that go around the clock which makes it easier for students to view, when you are demonstrating different times.
My district has been using reflex math for about 4 years now and the teachers all concur that it is one of the best programs out there that help build fluency for math facts. By the time students are done, they will be fluent in whichever program you assign them, whether it is addition and subtraction or multiplication and division. This program does come with a cost though, but we have found it to be an excellent resource the help build elementary student math fact fluency.
This is a random three-digit subtraction generator that is
Smartboard friendly, with big buttons. Click the reset values button and the program will generate two 3-digit numbers that students can use to reinforce their ability to subtract. I use this program to generate subtraction questions and students can use whiteboards to solve the answer. This can also be used to play games like king of the row or relay races.

In this tutorial, you will see how to use FlashBack Express 5. FlashBack Express is an excellent free program, with premium options, that will allow teachers to record their screen, PowerPoint presentations, websites, etc... This then makes it easy to upload to Youtube or even a stand-alone video that you can share with others especially with students.
Play Thanksgiving Bingo with your students. After your history unity on Thanksgiving, this activity could be how you end the lesson.
Here is a website that has a sliding animation to demonstrate the size of cells and compares them to many other objects including viruses, parts of cells, and bacterium. This would be a great visual for your students when introducing the cell.
